By accessing or using Drifze, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
Drifze is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent third-party transportation providers (Drivers).
Drifze does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation provider.
All transportation services are provided by independent contractors (Drivers).
Drifze is not liable for any acts, omissions, or conduct of Drivers or Passengers during or after a trip.
All users must:
Register and maintain only one account with accurate, current information.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Not allow others to use their account.
Notify Drifze immediately of unauthorized use or suspected breaches.
You agree:
To use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Not to harass, harm, or abuse other users.
Not to misuse the application (e.g., spam, fake bookings, fraudulent activity).
Not to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the Service.
To comply with local laws and Drifze’s community guidelines.
Passengers may be charged fares, booking fees, tolls, or tips, payable via cash, card, or wallet (Credits).
Drivers are compensated according to completed trips, less applicable fees.
Drifze may apply authorization holds on card payments.
All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Users may top up or receive promotional Credits.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Expiry, transferability, and use of Credits are subject to platform policies.
Drivers and passengers may be rated after each trip.
Continuous low ratings or misconduct may result in account suspension or deactivation.
By using Drifze, you agree to the collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing relevant data with trip participants for operational and safety purposes.
Drifze may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Drifze is not responsible for:
Personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during rides.
Service delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party drivers or users.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Drifze may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or liability.
